POLLUTION BOARD COMPLIANCES

  1. Obtaining statutory permits and consents like Consent to Establish (CTE) / No Objection Certificate (NOC), Consent to Operate (CTO) / Consolidated Consent & Authorization (CCA).

  2. Registration for Recycling / Reprocess of Hazardous Waste from State Pollution Control Board.

  3. Assistance for Obtaining Environmental Clearance (EC) from MoEF, SEIAA & Providing Technical Assistance During Public Hearing.

  4. Preparation and submission of various periodic and annual reports/forms for compliance under various Pollution boards adhering to environmental legislations.

  5. Technical consultation & assistance to ensure & assure complete Environ-Legal compliance.

  6. Assistance for obtaining "Registration as Recyclers / Reprocessors" from the CPCB / GPCB, Under the HW (M&H) Rules, and Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016.

  7. Obtaining No Objection Environmental Certificate (NOC) from the Central Ground Water Authority for the withdrawal of groundwater.

  8. CRZ Clearance: In the Coastal Regulation Zones defined under the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification, 2011, certain activities are prohibited, and certain other activities are permitted under regulation, regulates while regulating the same. The permissible activities require Clearance from the Ministry of Environment & Forests.

  9. Forest Clearance: Under the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, prior approval of the Central Government is required for using any Forest Land for Non-forest purposes. We assist in securing the Prior Central Government Approval.
